You may have the things you want, but it doesn’t feel like you’re successful. As a matter of fact, you feel drained, overwhelmed, and irritated on a regular basis. It’s hard to enjoy the fruits of your labor, whether that’s time with your new family, or even spending time with yourself. I’ve been there, and I know this feeling all too well. That’s why I created this space, to help people actually enjoy the life they are creating, and reclaim their welness.
You may have everything you thought you wanted, yet it feels like something is missing. You often find yourself feeling drained, overwhelmed, and irritated. It’s hard to truly savor the joy of your new family or even take a moment for yourself. I’ve been there, and I understand that feeling all too well. That’s why I created this space—to help you embrace the life you’re creating and reclaim your wellness.
You have so much on your plate, and establishing a healthy, fulfilling life can feel daunting, especially when you’re preparing for a new addition. Every aspect of your life changes—from finances to relationships—and when you scroll through social media, it’s easy to feel lost in a sea of perfection that doesn’t reflect your reality. You don’t have the time or energy to match those picture-perfect lives. All you want is to enjoy the family you’ve always dreamed of, but figuring out how to achieve that can be challenging. That’s where I come in.
The truth is, nearly 67% of adults have experienced at least one form of childhood trauma, as highlighted by the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) study. These early experiences can significantly impact the relationships we form as adults, including mother-daughter relationships and mother-son relationships. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your sense of self, cultivate self-love, or prepare for the arrival of your child, creating a life filled with happiness and health is essential. You deserve to relish the fruits of your labor. Understanding these realities fuels my passion for helping others. With my background in therapy and coaching, I’m dedicated to supporting those navigating fertility challenges and parents addressing unmet emotional needs, unlocking the barriers to enjoying life.
My own journey has shaped my mission. After battling infertility, I finally became pregnant. It was a moment of triumph, but it also brought on panic. As a first-time mom with a high-risk pregnancy and a baby in the NICU, I realized we were prepared financially but emotionally unready. That’s when the effects of past trauma and family dynamics resurfaced, making me reflect on codependent relationships and the toxic parenting I experienced.
This experience isn’t unique to me; many new parents grapple with unmet emotional needs. A significant number of adults feel the impact of their past before they even have children. The pressures of parenting can magnify these unresolved feelings, making it vital to address them head-on.
Books often provide valuable insights, but many contain too much fluff or overwhelming information. I created this site to offer practical guidance as you navigate the changes ahead. Parenthood is challenging, and finding your rhythm can be even harder. My mission is to help you optimize your time and prepare for one of the most significant transitions of your life.
Whether you’re a adult yearning for more, a parent in training, expecting, or already established, I’m here to help you make sense of it all and adjust with ease. Check out the links below for more information.
